Ivanna Taratula Filipenko, Ukranian mezzo-soprano, has been recognized
as a versatile artist with a repertoire ranging from classical operas to contemporary work. Miss Ivanna graduated from Liviv
Collage of the Arts, and then recieved her BA in Choral Conducting from Rivne State Institute of Culture, Ukraine. She
continued her education in music and erned her Masters in Music and Music Education at Liviv State Conservatory of Music,
Ukraine.
Ivanna has distinguished herself in a career devoterd to both Vocal Performance
and Music teaching. She honed her teaching experience over 15 years and in addition to being a soloist, she is a Voice and
Piano Instructor in her private Julivanna Music Studio, Private Voice Instructor at Los Medanos College, and active member
of the Music Teachers Association of California ( MTAC), San Francisco branch since 1998.
